Chipita Pines rents for $125 per night. (three night minimum) for up to 5 people. Portacrib is available for $5 each night.

- Two bedrooms each with queen beds.
- Furnished bath with a tub and a shower combination.
- Living room with a day bed.
- Separate sunny dining room.
- Furnished kitchen with electric stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator.
- Scenic views from two porches or separate patio area which has a table and bbq grill.
- Gas log fireplace and cable t.v.
- All linens and dishes are provided
- Carport and ample offroad parking
